We are currently recruiting a Community Employment Supervisor to lead and supervise, with the aid of 2 assistant supervisors, a new community employment scheme managing all CE Childcare Places in the Drogheda area – this will include ongoing recruitment, provision of training and overall responsibility for Project Administration, reporting to the Board of Lifestyle Development Group Ltd.

Essential:

Candidates must have at least 3 years direct supervisory experience.
Candidates must have obtained a 3rd level qualification (NFQ Level 6 or higher) in HR, Supervisory Management, Early Years Education, Administration or other relevant qualification.
Proven IT Skills
Full clean driving licence and use of car.

Desirable:

CE Supervisor Training and a relevant training skills qualification (eg Train the Trainer Course) are desirable.
Experience in working in the area of Childcare would be an advantage.
Experience in computerised wages and payroll.

This position is a 39 hour week, and we require applicants to be flexible. This position involves a

6 month contract initially, which may be renewed subject to funding and satisfactory performance.

Salary: DSP rate of pay for Supervisor.
