Overall Purpose of the Post:
The CE Supervisor will be responsible for the effective, efficient management and co-ordination of human, financial and material resources of the CE Scheme in Meath Travellers Workshops and its implementation, reporting to the Manager. A core aspect of the role is to support and coach CE participants towards gaining the skills and competencies in preparation for employment.
Job Summary:
Supervision of Community Employment Scheme Participants
Completion of the Individual Learner Training Plan for All Participants
Planning and Administration of the CE Account/Budgets
Finance accounting in line with CE Corporate Governance requirements
Preparation of Wages
Recruitment of CE Participants

The ideal candidate should have:
Level 6 qualification in Supervisory Management, Training, Human resources, Project Management or equivalent
Computer Qualification and /or Relevant computer experience
Wages and Payroll Training Administration and Financial management Skills
Knowledge of the Community Employment Programme and Supervisor role
Experience in identification, monitoring and evaluation of participant training
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative while also able to work as part of a team
Candidate must be articulate, responsible and assertive and be capable of directing motivating and supporting CE participants
A clear understanding of the National Framework of Qualifications and FETAC certification
Full clean drivers licence
