Pobal is a not-for-profit company and a registered charity working on behalf of Government to support communities and local agencies toward achieving social inclusion, reconciliation and equality. As part of its role in the Early Years sector, Pobal administers funding to early years services for the following Childcare Programmes: Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE), Training Employment Childcare (TEC) and Community Childcare Subvention (CCS). Pobal works on an all-island basis with offices in Dublin, Monaghan, Cork, Clifden and Sligo.
Compliance Administrator – Dublin (9 Month fixed term contract)
Pobal is seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced people to fill a new position as a Compliance Administrator in our early years Compliance Unit. Working as part of a team, the Compliance Administrator is responsible for delivering a central function in planning, scheduling and coordinating resources, maintaining and developing effective administration systems and providing administrative support to the Compliance Project Team as required.
All applicants will require will require several years’ administration experience and strong organisational /people skills and an ability to work to targets/deadlines. A relevant third level qualification (e.g. Certificate, Diploma), or equivalent is also essential. Experience in the Early Years’ sector is desirable. Candidates will also require a full driving license and provision of a vehicle for business purposes.
