Coordinator – Clones Family Resource Centre – Clones, Co Monaghan

Clones Family Resource Centre is a registered charity aiming to enhance the quality of life and wellbeing of people living in the Clones area through identifying social need, addressing inequality and combating disadvantage at all levels of society.

We are now recruiting for a full-time Coordinator.

The overall purpose of the job is to work in partnership with the Voluntary Board of Management to follow through on the aims, objectives and agreed areas of work outlined in the Three Year Strategic Workplan.

The ideal candidate should have the following:

Minimum of five years experience working within a community setting and at least one year’s experience in a management role;
Experience of family support in a community-based setting;
A relevant 3rd level qualification in family support / community development work, or a related discipline;
Experience of support, supervision  and motivation of a staff team;
Experience of developing and implementing financial budgets and procedures and ability to access funding;
Excellent leadership qualities;
Excellent interpersonal, communication, organisational and facilitation skills;
Proven track record in building strong and positive working relationships at all levels including statutory, community and voluntary agencies.
A full clean driver’s license and own transport.
