The Coordinator of Family and Community Services will work closely with the Coordinator and the Voluntary Management Committee to help the Project achieve its aims.
The ideal candidate should have:
Experience of working in Projects that address poverty, social exclusion and inequality through a Community Development approach (minimum 3 years)
A relevant academic / educational qualification
Experience of liaising with community, voluntary and statutory agencies
Experience of providing support and information to individuals or groups experiencing social exclusion
Experience in group facilitation
Experience of managing a staff team
A full driving licence and own transport
28 Hours per week (4 days)
