Description
We require an experienced Customer Service Agent/Administrator. You will be responsible for responding to a wide range of customer calls regarding all aspects of our clients queries and ensuring a positive and satisfactory response is given to all customers. Duties and Responsibilities: The role involves using excellent customer service skills and a wide range of IT systems and processes to resolve customer queries including detailed logging of service calls/sales queries. Work with the service/sales team to ensure timely turnaround of customer queries. General administration support to include office sales, debt collection, stock orders/collections, travel bookings, and supporting the team completing quotes, tenders and Health & Safety Documents. Excellent Organisation Skills.
Skills Requirements
Excellent Communication Skills: both verbal and written; Very customer focused, able to deal with customers in a friendly and polite manner; An effective team player who is also able to work independently; Proven ability to deal with Problems and solve them effectively and a Third Level Qualification or Equivalent.
