Description
Duties will include: Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and/or email etc. in a friendly, responsive and efficient manner. Consistent customer focus to ensure that absolute ownership is assumed during every customer contact. Ensure that the highest levels of quality are maintained through adherence to agreed processes and SLA. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team or own initiative to meet deadlines; excellent organisational skills; Accuracy and attention to detail. Have a conversational telephone manner, with good listening skills.
