Description
We are currently seeking an experienced person to provide Customer Service & Administration Support for our agricultural machinery office. * Customer Service duties, including managing customer support and providing solutions to customers * Ordering and tracking of parts for assigned work * Assisting with warranty submissions * Responsibility for billing customers * Booking in jobs for workshop and follow through of paperwork * General office administration associated with an agricultural machinery business * Liaising with customers and mechanics on work in progress
Skills Requirements
We are looking for an ambitious individual who is a driven, results-focused organised person with: * Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office etc) * A technical ability with a proven ability to think logically * A strong track record of problem solving and being flexible to changes * Excellent communication (verbal & written) and mathematical skills * Ability to multi-task and work on their own initiative * Strong customer focus
