Stock management and reporting. Administration support for the service administration side of our business,including logging breakdown calls. Processing engineers service reports & ordering stock for engineers Ltd. Issuing of service contracts.
Skills Requirements
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and have a genuine interest in the development and expansion of the Customer Service business. The Candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service focus with a professional manner. Previous experience in a customer service administration or a general administration role is desirable.
