Our client a leading information solutions provider have an immediate requirement for a Customer Support Manager to join their management team based in Wexford. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly reputable global organisation. This is a full-time 1 year contract. Responsibilities: Manage telephony channels and sales and retention programs for on-site support teams and off shore teams. Direct and manage operational aspects of partner project from beginning to end. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and vendors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Implement effective vendor management controls and appropriate governance measures that ensure efficient and effective delivery.

Skills Requirements

At least 2 years experience required in a similar role with exposure to building and analysing Management Information and business reporting. Experience in supporting an e commerce business desirable. Call/contact centre/ BPO background exposure. Excellent knowledge MS Office suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Video. Key Skills: Adaptable and logical individual with strong attention to detail. Ability to lead coach and develop staff.
