Administrator for busy Despatch Department. Role will involve data entry on in-house software package and excel spread sheets. Supervising the picking work flow. Arranging customer bookings and other customer requirements. Assisting and reporting to the Warehouse Manager. Experience in warehouse / general office admin procedures. Data processing, query resolution, customer service. Data processing stock movements, other Internet based software packages along with Word, Excel, Outlook. Good communication / organisational skills. Works well in a team.
