The Role:
The Foundation is now seeking to recruit a Development Manager who will work with the Chairperson and Board to take the Foundation to the next level in terms of awareness, strategic planning, and fundraising.

Reporting to the Board, the Development Manager will maintain and enhance the reputation, profile and efficacy of the Foundation through networking, relationship management and effective marketing and communications activities.
We are seeking a confident, competent and experienced professional with proven experience of generating income through fundraising and who has an understanding of the non-profit sector.

The successful candidate will feel passionate about the Foundation’s important work and will have a natural talent for building relationships and inspiring action. This role will appeal to a reliable, energetic self-starter with the ability to work without close supervision while delivering on the requirements of the role in a timely way and to agreed standards.
