Flannery?s Nursing Home Ltd., are now recruiting a Director of Nursing for the Nursing Home. This is an exciting and interesting opportunity for a suitably qualified, experienced and motivated person to lead the development of the Centre in a rapidly changing healthcare environment. The Director of Nursing will be responsible for maintaining a strong focus on quality patient care, through a multidisciplinary team, as well as HR Management. The Director will also manage the relationships between Flannery?s Nursing Home and key stakeholders, such as the H.S.E and HIQA. The ideal candidate will have management and nursing experience, and excellent communication skills. Salary scale. We can offer a very attractive package to the right candidate ? negotiable depending on experience etc.
