Description
Assist with the management of the hotel operation. Ensuring delivery of exceptional guests service from each department (reception / accommodation / dining room); Pro-actively plan to ensure each departments preparedness based on business levels; Ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints; Ensure all costs are controlled without compromising standards and service deliver; Ensure the smooth running of the front desk; Ensure that all third party reservations, online, or via telephone are recorded in the property�??s occupancy and availability records; Prepare for arrivals / room allocation / distribution; Upgrade and up-sell accordingly to room type availability to ensure maximum profitability; Communicate with housekeeping to ensure efficient check in and guest request resolution; Participate pro-actively in delivering the breakfast service when the operation requires.
Skills Requirements
Must have previous experience in an similar role at 4 star level and demonstrated business / industry awareness; Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service; Must be standards driven and detail-orientated with the ability to organise plan ahead; Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Must have the ability to multi-task and make sound decisions in fast-paced environment;
