Description
To work with the Sales & Marketing Manager in the promoting and marketing of the hotel and to raise its profile in order to develop new business. To drive and secure Food & Beverage & Conference business and social events. Main duties include: Increases sales volume and profitability by securing new key volume business accounts while maintaining present client base. To assist the Sales & Marketing Manager and executive to ensure that objectives are achieved in the Sales business plan. Ensures that the hotel achieves the overall budgeted sales and profit margins by soliciting, evaluating, selling, and confirming business. To review lost business report and follow up as needed. Dealing with clients on telephone, fax, email and responding to all requests in a professional & timely manner, endeavouring to convert every call into a sale.
