This 4* property is located on the Eastern side of Cork City in a unique location 84 Bedrooms, Two Ballrooms, Three Conference Suites, Luxurious Award Winning Health Club, Restaurant, Bistro, 3 Bars. Excellent trading results but room for development. This hotel is privately owned and the reporting structures within the company are quite clear and simple, thereby allowing great opportunities for professional career development. We are looking for someone that is at a senior management level that would like to move to a privately run guest focused hotel that can give them an opportunity to grow and develop new product concepts with the directors within the hotel and can base their success after a number of years on actual real business results. A true interest/knowledge in food and beverage/wine and good all round four/five star managerial experience are probably the two aspects of the profile we would be most interested in.

Skills Requirements

That is not to say the job will be solely about the above, its a very senior position with great potential for career advancement, the successful person needs to bring new ideas and ambition to the table, a professional presence and positive confident communications skills are other aspects that would be vital. The ideal candidate has to have ambition backed up with true high quality hotel/restaurant experience and a passion for the hospitality business.
