Essential Criteria
FETAC Level 5 in relevant discipline (eg. health, community, care sector)
Experience working within the care field
Full clean Driving Licence (minimum 2 years)

Desirable
Experience Working within the field of autism

Skills/Abilities
Fluent English & Excellent communication skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Awareness of Key Worker Role and philosophy surrounding support to people with complex needs
Programme Planning
Person Centred Plans
