Facilities Administrator – Bilfinger Ireland – Dublin 14

Description

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities: Answer telephone, screen/direct calls, message management. Meet & Greet persons entering organisation. Customer Care. Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organisation. General administrative and clerical support. Diary Management. Tidy and maintain the reception area . Order office supplies & canteen requirements etc. Post/Taxi/Couriers etc. Co-ordinate In-house lunches/breakfasts. Keeping track of receipts and cost centres. Dealing with the daily/monthly maintenance checks/facilities. Other relevant tasks which may arise.

Skills Requirements

Diploma Qualification or equivalent required. Must have at least three years relevant experience. Strong knowledge and skill of administrative and clerical procedures. Strong knowledge of computers and relevant software applications. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Key Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach. A proven ability to motivate and manage a team successfully.
