Description
Overall purpose of the job: Accurately and efficiently manage two client sites in accordance with contractual obligations and company policy and standards. Lead and manage the day to day operation on the ground. Liaise closely and professionally with the Client/Client representatives in dealing with day to day operational matters. Ensures the smooth running of the site adhering to the Site Service Level Agreement and Services Specification.Ensures the Site Quality plan is adhered to.Co-ordinate and manage all work order requests. Ensure the timely execution of all work orders on the facility management QFM system within the permitted contract parameters. Responsible for the generation of monthly site reporting detailing various aspects of services/events for the month.Ensure all planned maintenance is fulfilled- ensure sufficient reporting is maintained for same. Knows and ensures consistent compliance with companies Health, Safety & Quality policies and procedures.
Skills Requirements
Qualifications and Experience: Excellent computer literacy essential for administrative purposes. Ability to utilise and navigate various software packages. Excellent communication skills essential for professional discussion in meetings and for frequent liaison with all contract parties. Must have building knowledge and technical competency- engineering skills or similar would be an advantage.Must have excellent organisational and management skills. Must have NI Access Clearance or equivalent.
