Description
The General Administrator will assist the Business with a range of administrative services on site, with particular emphasis on continuous improvement of systems & control of data. Liaise with Production Manager and payroll department on new hires and issue all relevant documentation. Assist in employee induction ( recording & documentation). Assist with audits on production floor. Collect, analyse and co-ordinate information in line with legislative requirements for relevant external bodies. Conduct month end stock takes. Various other administrative duties. Have knowledge of working within a Food Environment. Strong administration experience, Competent in use of Windows, MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and lotus notes. Must have the ability to work on own initiative. Have experience of working within a team Be able to demonstrate a flexible attitude and approach towards work. This position is to cover maternity leave.
