General Administrator – Owl Pest Control Ltd – Dublin 24

Description

Role overview: Ensure a smooth and efficient administration & supervision of the office. Be the anchor person for public relations with our customers. Main office duties involve emailing, invoicing, credit control, filing, contract renewals, banking, answering the main telephone and dealing with clients. We are looking for someone who has excellent writing and computer skills, who can handle numerous queries and resolve issues with customers. Administration experience and excellent telephone manner. Training will be provided for this position. Qualification / Experience: – 3rd level qualification – 2 years demonstrated history of outstanding customer relations skills – Ability to deal with clients at all levels and to work without supervision – Strong capacity to handle pressure and supervise office work – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn other software (e.g. TAS Books, Sage, Visio).

Skills Requirements

Qualification / Experience (cont.): – Aptitude to manage a busy workload efficiently and to prioritise key tasks, while keeping attention to detail – Honesty, integrity and openness, high ethical standards – Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role; ideally prior experience as a Property / Facility Manager.
