Our client, a leading construction company have an immediate requirement for an experienced General Manager to lead a thriving team of Asbestos Removal workers and foremen on a number of upcoming projects. This is a full-time position and an exciting opportunity to join the fast paced management team of this highly successful company. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate foremen and team to execute works; Ensure efficient running of projects and client satisfaction; Business development – source and provide consultation to clients; Ensure compliance with all HSA requirements & associated paperwork; Managing programmes, budgets, time frame, man power, plant, material etc. Produce formal reports relating to site work undertaken and to fulfil any administrative roles to produce the final reports.

Skills Requirements

Experience Required: At least 2 years asbestos removal experience required; Must have previous management experience. Key Skills: Strong leadership skills; Ability to marshal resources to succeed in completing projects efficiently; Resourceful and flexible individual with the ability to hit the ground running.
