We wish to recruit a General Manager, whose main responsibilities will be to plan, manage and organise all aspects of the work of the Company. Key areas will be the day to day organisation and management of office functions and people management. The implementation of HACCP and other industry certifications. The company has 2 operations, wholesale and a developing retail side also. Also involved in managing Production Staff. Required: 5 years or more management experience. Excellent organisational skills. Experience of managing people and appraisals. This is a busy and challenging role, so the candidate must be flexible, hands on and self motivated.
