Description
The intern will gain practical experience in general office processes and specific training relevant to the replacement window & door industry. The intern will receive formal/informal training in the following areas including, sales enquiry handling, general office administration and customer service skills. On completion the intern will have attained skills in office processes and associated computer software skills along with customer interaction experience in a branded environment.
Skills Requirements
Good timekeeping and attention to detail are key skills for this role. An ability to develop within a role and work well within a small team. Flexibility and positive attitude will be very important in this fast moving retail business. This role will suit a candidate with good positive attitude and a willingness to learn how a branded business presents and supplies its products to the homeowner customers.
