Description
Head Chef in Cantonese Style. Full time (38 hours per week) Head Chef. Annual salary of 31000 euro. 2 years experiences at least. Duties: Create new menus in Traditional Cantonese food. Speak English and Chinese. Ability to manage kitchen staff. e.g. training, time-sheet, promotion etc. Stock control and deal with all suppliers.
