Head of Operations & Administration – Dublin Rape Crisis Centre

Background Information:
Since 1979, the Dublin Rape Crisis Centre (DRCC) has worked to prevent the harm and heal the trauma of sexual violence. We work with men and women who have experienced sexual assault, rape or childhood sexual abuse.
Sexual violence is a serious public health and human rights issue with both short and long-term consequences for those affected.
DRCC has been at the forefront of the Irish response to sexual violence for almost 40 years. We work with government, non-profit organisations, academic institutions, and the general public to ensure that all available resources to prevent sexual violence are utilised.

The Role:
The DRCC now wishes to recruit a Head of Operations & Administration to join their dedicated team. This is a varied role with a busy organisation and as such it requires an individual with excellent planning, administrative, and organisational skills. The successful candidate will primarily be responsible for the successful operational management of the DRCC, working closely with the CEO to ensure the organisation is performing effectively.

Key tasks
will include ensuring operational standards and procedures are implemented, contributing to the governance requirements of the DRCC, and managing office systems and IT including line managing the Data Officer.
If you’re a dynamic, operations professional with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, empathy for the work and objectives of the DRCC, and the ability to manage a varied workload, we would love to hear from you!
