A publishing company is looking for a competent sales Manager, due to expansion to the UK market. While most sales are made through telephone conversations or emails, the candidate is also required to travel and meet customers occasionally. Tele sales & General sales. Generate sales by telephoning to allocated customers and non-customers. Answering telephone calls, handling customer inquiries. Managing task list and ensuring call quotas are filled each day. Marketing. Strategically identify each segment of the market, device sales strategy and generating sales letter. Accounting and credit management. Database management. Keep it updated with the latest information (Sales Force). Customer care. Response quickly and politely to customers needs, by phone or email. The candidate must have proven record of managing a sales team and in the sales field for over 5 years. Outgoing, presentable, good telephone manner and strong interpersonal skills, preferably with third level qualification.
