HR Administrator – Eddie Stobart Distribution Centre – Dublin 1

Description

Collate and submit the weekly payroll to the external payroll provider, deal with payroll queries and list any weekly adjustments for authorisation. Provide first line support to employees regarding payroll issues. Assist Managers in conducting investigations, disciplinary and grievance hearings, providing support and guidance as appropriate and in line with current legislation. Responsible for ordering and processing the weekly orders of uniform for the workforce based in Ireland. Keeping the uniform spread sheet up to date and manage uniform allocation. Maintain accurate databases including the HR Database, absence and holiday trackers for all drivers in Ireland. Assist Managers on site with absence management, reviewing employees absence records and organising absence investigations. Responsible for all aspects of HR administration including letters, contracts of employment, references and filing etc. Process all leavers, ensuring necessary forms are completed.
