HR Co-ordinator – ISS Facility Services – Dublin 24

The role will have an active part in the daily functioning of the HR Department ensuring we are providing the required service levels to the operation Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Administration, i.e. database management, processing correspondence, TUPE, issuing certificates of employment and any other documentation as requested Periodical reporting using MS Office suite, CORE and other software Management of personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements (including medical certs, PSA Licenses, GNIB cards, etc) Recruitment, i.e. advertisement, screening, liaising with managers/supervisors, part Assisting with employee queries (including management queries) Liaising with payroll department in relation to payroll queries Assisting with the day-to-day efficient operation of the HR Department Active participation in primary stages of investigations and disciplinary procedures Project work Ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time

Skills Requirements

Graduate with a 3rd level qualification in HR, CIPD accredited or working towards HR qualification Excellent interpersonal skills,incl. verbal&written communication skills Strong administration skills, i.e. database management, record keeping Resilient with good attention to detail Ability to gather&analyze information skillfully Flexibility&willingness to learn Experience in similar role and/or environment an advantage Payroll exposure Minimum 1 years? experience in a HR Admin/Coordinator role
