Description
Support managers in all Human Resources function activities include contract drafting, absence management, performance management, career development, succession planning, discipline and grievance, equal opportunities. Overseeing recruitment and selection at all levels at the site, ensuring compliance with ethical audit requirements, statutory provisions and the company s specific needs. Where appropriate conduct or oversee investigations, disciplinary hearings, appeals and grievances and communicate relevant issues to the Head of HR. Dealing with all employment matters on site. Provide hands on support and expert employment law advice on those areas of industrial and employment relations that arise on a daily basis. Absence management in line with best Practice. Induction of new staff. At least 4 years HR experience. Track record of influencing and operating at all levels across an organisation.
Skills Requirements
Strong employee relations experience and a full understanding of current Irish employment legislation. Experience of anticipating and proactively managing people issues connected to business decisions. Full clean Irish Driving Licence. Own transport required. Demonstrate the ability to drive change and implement initiatives.
