Description
Duties will include: Ensuring that HR staff records are input correctly, and are maintained and protected; Giving assistance and advice to managers on the handling of staff performance issues; Ensuring that grievance and disciplinary issues are followed up appropriately; Overseeing attendance management with a strong focus on managing long term absence; Involvement in selection and recruitment; Involvement in training and development including the delivery of classroom training; Ensuring that staff personal files are keep updated; Ensuring that medical certs are received and recorded. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English with strong verbal and written skills and Excellent interpersonal skills; Capable of working on own initiate and unsupervised; A good knowledge of HR procedures and practices with at least two years experience in a HR environment.

A good knowledge of computer based systems The ability to analyse, interpret and explain employment law Experience working in a busy office environment Experience in delivering training programmes would be an advantage
