Duties/Responsibilities: Provide advice, guidance and support to managers on a range of HR and H&S issues. Updating staff files (manual and computerised. Assisting managers with internal investigations and corrective procedure meetings. Carrying out induction for new employees. Monitor and arrange the delivery of training. Plan, organise and co-ordinate H&S committee meetings. Update, review and distribute operational procedures. Monitoring Time & Attendance System.Administer the Company PRSA and VHI scheme.

Skills Requirements

Essential Requirements:2 years experience of working in a HR and/or Health & Safety environment. Ability to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative. Excellent multi-tasking abilities with strong attention to detail. Ability to problem solve with a can do attitude. Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (HR databases would be an advantage)Flexibility and wiliness to travel to other sites if required (Longford, Dublin & Cork)Working towards or hold a CIPD and/or H&S Qualification.
