The Role
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for the Human Resource Function of the MooreHaven Centre. The post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a range of HR/IR services and the provision of advice and guidance on HR and IR issues in order to support the Senior Management Team in the achievement of organisational objectives.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
Degree in Human Resource Management
Member of CIPD
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a Human Resource Management Role preferably in the disability sector (Section 38/39 Agency)
A high level of administrative & IT skills
A full clean Irish/EU Driving Licence
