Horseware are seeking to recruit a HR Administrator to support the HR Manager and HR Team with all the day to day HR operations. Preparing and providing HR reports as required. Assisting with recruitment and selection process. Assisting with travel and accommodation for employees and clients. Monitoring and controlling supplies for stationary and safety. Assisting with Health and Safety projects.
Skills Requirements
Proven experience is required, with a relevant third level qualification. Demonstrate excellent capability in working in a team environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate ability to work effectively to time lines. A deep appreciation of confidentiality and professionalism. Proactive team player. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills. Strong computer skills. Ability to multi-task and work on own initiative.
