Description

Previous relevant HR experience of working in a large complex and diverse organisation. A high degree of personal computer literacy, including Word, Excel and experience of HR databases is essential. Good working knowledge of Human Resources Best Practice/ Employee Relations/Employment Law. Excellent interpersonal skills and awareness / sensitivity towards patients. Have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Previous Hospital experience and knowledge of Health Services work.
