CIPD Registration
Full clean drivers license
Applicant must have:
3 years minimum experience working in a HR generalist role in a fast paced environment .
5 years minimum administration experience.
1 year experience working with an electronic Time Management & rostering system.
Strong focus on employment law and employee relations.
Excellent knowledge of Human Resources best practice.
Excellent IT and Microsoft Office working knowledge with excellent typing skills.
An excellent work ethic with a positive can do attitude and approach to work.
Excellent leadership and motivation skills.
Excellent organisation and communication skills with ability to support and guide managers in HR best practice.
High initiative and integrity, with a drive for learning.
