Description
Incident Manager Main Responsibilities: Lead, manage and guide the IT Incident and Problem Management team to support core business services. To ensure successful resolution of disruptions to business services within the organisation quickly and efficiently. Effective Problem Management across the organisation using root cause analysis and investigation, follow up on all actions or projects to successfully ensure remediation. Use KPIs and metrics to back up decision making and position. Use trend analysis to identify patterns and cause of incidents. Act as ITIL expert in the team, promoting best practices, creating solutions that are creative and innovative, and implement solutions. Be the point of contact for customers, suppliers and inter departmental teams.
