In Partnership with CPL, an Intellectual disability service providing day, residential and respite services for clients in the Cork area is seeking to appoint an Interim Project Manager for their Intellectual Disability Services.

This senior management position will drive the planning, organising, directing and controlling of the transition of services of clients with disabilities to community living in an efficient and effective manner.

Working with a predominately Nursing and Allied Healthcare care team the key focus of the role will be Change Management, Personnel Management and Service transition and development.

The Project Manager develops and maintains networks with stakeholders such as HIQA, Government bodies and other outside agencies.

Candidates should have an excellent record in a leadership role ideally in the Intellectual Disability sector and a thorough understanding of the Healthcare Sector and Government agencies. A strong project management and/or Human Resources back ground would be a distinct advantage. A proven track record in change management is essential.
