Background:
Wicklow Uplands Council is an independent voluntary organisation which serves to represent those who live, work and recreate in the Wicklow Uplands. The organisation takes a partnership approach to sustainable development. It represents the concerns of its members to statutory stakeholders and promotes bottom-up projects which bring value to those who live and work in the region as well as to those who use it for recreational purposes.
The organisation is now over 20 years in existence and is seeking an experienced consultant to carry out a review of its structure and operations and to develop a new three-year strategic plan for the period 2021-2023. Full details are included in the attached tender document.

Tender Submission
The submission should include a methodology, a summary of the consultant’s previous experience and relevant qualifications. It should also include a proposed timeline of days to undertake the work and detail of costs. Costs should be exclusive of VAT.
