Description
Duties to include: Administration support to ensure fast, efficient set up of new clients, administration support to the provision of our accounting and payroll services. Using Revenue On-Line System to process information with Revenue Commissioners. Filing and archiving, Photocopying and scanning and answering phones. Providing fast, friendly and efficient customer service. Assisting with management of kitchen, food and stationery. Supporting special and ad-hoc projects. Supporting the Directors, Administration Team, and Accounts & Payroll Teams with a variety of administrative tasks. Working as a team player to support colleagues in collective achievement of company goals.
Skills Requirements
Ability to work calmly in demanding, deadline driven environment. Great attention to detail due to sensitivity of documentation being handled. Excellent computer skills. Excellent telephone manner. Excellent standards of written and verbal & English. Team player; works in a supportive, positive & friendly manner with colleagues at all times. Highly organised. Great interpersonal skills, enjoys dealing with people. Enthusiasm & positive engagement.
