Description
Horseware Ireland is seeking to recruit a temporary office administrator to support the Payroll/HR team with general office duties. Key Responsibilities:To provide an accurate and efficient administration service. Archiving, photocopying and filing. Production of reports and schedules. Scanning and filing. Answering the telephone as required in a professional and courteous manner. Schedule, organise and set up for meetings and events. Typing letters. Carrying out other ad-hoc administrative duties as requested by senior staff. Key Requirements:Administration Qualification or experience preferred. Highly organised individual with ability to prioritise. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft packages – particularly excel, word and outlook.
Skills Requirements
Excellent literacy and numeracy skills. Must be able to work on their own initiative. Must demonstrate an ability to work as part of a team. Have excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance when completing assigned tasks. Excellent communication and fluent English.
