Drogheda Youth Development CLG has been selected as a Sample Project for funding from the Department of Children and Youth Affairs (DCYA) Value for Money Policy Review (VFMPR) supported by Louth and Meath Education and Training Board (LMETB). The funding will be allocated to the delivery of 80% targeted and 20% universal youth service provision
The primary function of these positions are to develop programmes to focus on the physical and mental health issues of young people in the 12 –18years age range.
Essential Professional Qualifications and Experience Required:
A relevant Third Level Qualification in any of the following:
Youth Work
Social Care
Education
Community Development
Health Promotion
A minimum of 3 year relevant youth work experience
