Description
Your role is to: Effectively communicate with our German-speaking customers on a daily basis and support them in performing the license audit process (giving advice on technical and contractual questions which customers may have). Follow up with customers and responsible sales to ensure that license audits are completed in a timely manner. Process audit results received and compare the results to the licensed software contracts and create evaluation reports to assess compliance. Co-operate with responsible sales and other local contacts regarding the findings of the license audits so that it can take any action required. Efficiently manage your assigned customers. Skills Requirements
Proficient verbal and written communication skills in (Business) German. Fluent (verbal and written) communication skills in English. Strong communicator who likes to work in a multinational team environment. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills. Strong customer focus and commitment to excellent customer service. Reasonable knowledge in Microsoft Office (mainly Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
