We are now recruiting for the position of Local Development Officer which offers a fantastic opportunity to support us in implementing our local development programme. This involves
engaging with communities, community-based organisations and agencies
coordinating our innovative and very successful Young Community Leaders Programme and Healthy Communities Initiative
You should have:
a third level qualification
a background in working with community groups, organisations and statutory agencies
experience in project management and co-ordination
excellent organisation skills, interpersonal skills and writing skills
the ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
the ability to build and maintain relationships
good analytical and problem solving skills
proficiency in IT
Our other requirements:
experience working with young people is desirable
you need access to your own transport and have the relevant business insurance.
Garda Clearance will be required
Salary Range: €30,000- 40,000 depending on experience
