Control of non-conforming product. First article inspection and interaction with TEL with NPI (New Product Introduction). Tracking calibration of measurement equipment. Tracking certificates associated with regulatory inspection. In-process and final inspection. Packaging Inspection. Quality Inspection on all lacrosse subassemblies. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained, follow work procedures and specifications and adhere to GM. Must work well within a Team environment and be supportive of work colleagues. Ensure lot history documentation is filled in correctly and in real time.

Skills Requirements

Compliance Testing, simulates product in the body, catheter is inflated in tepid water until it bursts. Incoming Inspection, measure with ruler, pin gauge, callipers, snap gauges, etc. Visual inspect catheter, stents by eye and microscope. Also tactile test. Review documentation, part numbers, lot numbers, quantities, certification, delivery dockets, etc. Engineering Testing, tensile test, fatigue test (similar to compliance). H&S inspection, chemical labelling, handling, etc
