Description
We are a newly launched management consultancy business and are currently hiring for a Management Consultant to work closely with clients to identify, scope, develop, design and deliver bespoke learning interventions as part of a holistic approach and in order to meet requirements. Responsibilities: Provide delivery focused learning and development subject matter expertise to clients from various industries. Provide meaningful data analysis, data mining and financial modelling services to clients. Help with business development, mainly by identifying sell-on opportunities during client engagements by attending client meetings. Design, develop and deliver a range of learning and development interventions in different roles (e.g. Trainer, Facilitator, Coach), as required. Oversee small engagements (as a Project Manager or Work Stream Lead), taking responsibility for project planning, quality of deliverables, and project risks.

Skills Requirements
Accounting and commerce graduate. People person – must have the ability to engage and develop relationships. Good working knowledge of MS Excel and other computer packages. Ideally, a minimum two years experience in management consultancy and designing, delivering and managing projects. Good understanding of learning and development principles and practices, including emerging trends.
