Skills Requirements

Requirements for the job of Store Manager: 2 years minimum experience in retail management. Experience working with teams of more than 10 members. The skills required to drive and motivate a large retail team. Good understanding of, and interest in, the retail market. A hands on approach to management-you must be willing to get involved in the day to day operations of the store/work. The ability to take on the responsibilities of; maximising sales by driving sales/service and ops.
