Description

The crèche Manager will be responsible for the efficient management of the Crèche on a day to day basis. They will ensure that all children?s developmental needs are being met and ensuring that all staff provides a safe, stimulating and child centred environment for children in their care. The Manager will ensure that all members of the team work effectively and professionally under their guidance and supervision, and in accordance with the crèches policies, procedures and code of conduct. Partnership with parents/primary carers is an essential part of this role. This role requires a democratic leader with experience, an ability to organise and delegate, fair and caring approach to staff, children and parents. Skills Requirement: QQI (FETAC) L5 in Childcare or higher with relevant professional Business/Healthcare training. Minimum 2 years experience in Managerial/Healthcare or similar role. Excellent organisational & communication skills.
