The successful candidate will have:
Recognised professional qualification in social care
Experience working in a management / leadership role
A minimum of five years post qualification experience
Professional and caring approach to working with vulnerable children and young women.
The candidate should be compassionate and highly motivated. The candidate should be able to provide leadership, planning and direction for all aspects of the service at Riverview.

The role will require strong capacity for informed decision-making and excellent interpersonal, networking, teambuilding and supportive skills. The candidate must be able to contribute to the planning and development of the service.
The successful candidate will be committed to the ethos and mission of Good Shepherd Cork and will be expected to ensure that all aspects of practice in Riverview are informed by the ethos and mission.
