Description

Responsible for all aspects of maintenance and upkeep of the facility and process equipment. Organise, schedule and manage all preventative maintenance procedures for all facility and production equipment. Manage and respond to process equipment breakdowns and undertake root cause analysis. Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance documentation. Generate and maintain equipment spare parts programme. Have experience with automated utilities equipment, HVAC, LPHW, CHW, BMS, boilers, compressors, generators etc. Have experience with environmental monitoring systems (EMS), freeze dryers, automated filling machines, autoclaves, purified water systems etc. Assist in the planning and managing of projects and new or upgraded equipment on-site including development of specifications for installation and qualification, including URSs, CER, FATs, SATs. Assist in the generation of annual budgets and monitoring of expenditure and identify opportunities to streamline and reduce cost.

Skills Requirements

Generate and maintain P&ID drawings, electrical drawing etc. Experience in CAPA systems, risk assessments, change management systems required. Requirements: Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Instrument Engineering. Experience: Have a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
